 His participation in the talent search event for The X Factor UK in 2010 brought him a career in the music world. After being given the opportunity to join One Direction, his name became so popular. The five-member group was successful and was known to all corners of the world. Unfortunately, a few years later he decided to leave the band that made him famous and chose to sing solo.

Zayn's interest in music was initially due to the influence of his father who often listened to reggae, R&B and hip hop music. If he doesn't become an artist, he dreams of becoming an English teacher. The only son in his family does have a somewhat shy nature. Not even a year left One Direction, a man who has a height of 175 cm released Pillowtalk on January 28, 2016 for his debut as a solo singer. At the time of release, the song ranked first in the iTunes charts in 90 countries and made it first place on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Zayn Malik released his first solo album, titled Mind of Mine (2016). The album contains 18 songs nuanced R&B in which he was actively involved in the making. This album also made him a male artist from the UK who managed to rule the charts in the US and UK.
